In this presentation I will discuss the background of education for

ethnolinguistic minorities in Cambodia with a focus on the challenges for

providing education for such populations. Through my involvement as a

consultant and researcher with UN agencies and NGOs I hope to describe the

process involved in coordinating the activities of those organizations to

benefit the stakeholders. Individuals interested in development aid,

international education, and international relations should all find

something they can take away from the discussions to inform their own

academic and professional pursuits.
