2013年5月13日、「Cross Road」と題して吹奏楽部の献学60周年記念コンサートが大学礼拝堂で行われました。このテーマには60周年を迎えたICUとICUブラスの歴史が交差する空間という意味を込めています。当日は「ジュビリー序曲」「エアーズ」「カンタベリー・コラール」といった伸びやかな吹奏楽が響き渡る一方、親しみのある「もののけ姫」のメドレーも演奏され、最後は聖歌の変奏曲で荘厳に締めくくられました。

The ICU Wind-Brass Ensemble held a 60th anniversary concert titled "Cross Road" on 13 May 2013. The concert's title highlighted the intersection of the history of brass music at ICU and the 60-year history of ICU itself. Among the works performed were Philip Sparke's "Jubilee-Overture," Tsutomu Tajima's "Airs for Wind Orchestra," Jan Van der Roost's "Canterbury Chorale," and a medley of selections from Joe Hisaishi's score for the film "Princess Mononoke."
